A.Order and Purchase Conditions
1. All orders received through the Internet shop are binding. By sending a purchase order the buyer confirms that he/she has read these Purchase Conditions and agrees with them.
2. The order is a proposal of a Purchase Agreement. The Purchase Agreementis concluded at the moment when the buyer accepts the ordered goods.
3. For an electronic order to be considered valid, all data required in theorder form must be filled in.
4. The delivery place is the address given by the buyer in the registration form.
5. The ownership right to the goods is transferred into the buyer at the moment of accepting the goods, on condition that the agreed purchase price has been paid.
6. By filling the registration form or a binding purchase order of the Alito Internet shop, the buyer gives the seller agreement with collecting and archiving his personal data and his Alito shopping history.
7. Please kindly note that the minimum value of first order is 200 Euro (without VAT).
B.Claims
1. The claims will be solved in accordance with the Claim Conditions of the Alito Internet shop and with the Czech law.
2. The goods can be claimed at the Internet shop provider under the terms of the Claim Conditions.
3. The claimed goods must be sent in the original packing. The carrier doesn’t take responsibility for wrongly or insufficiently packed shipments. The manufacturers in principle disclaim the warranty for the product that was damaged when transported, even if the defect was found before the goods was shipped back to the seller. C.Final Provisions
1. These Purchase Conditions are valid unabridged as published on the web pages of the seller, on the day of sending an electronic purchase order by the buyer.
2. By sending an electronic purchase order, the buyer accepts all provisions of the Purchase Conditions unabridged on the day of sending an electronic purchase order.
